Ety Deutsch, founder and owner of The Pilates Club in Middletown, NY, has dedicated her life to the transformative power of Pilates. Originally established in 2022 as The Pilates Club Westtown NY, Ety’s studio has grown to become a trusted space for people of all fitness levels seeking strength, balance, and flexibility. With over two decades of both teaching and personal practice, Ety’s expertise in Classical Pilates shines through every session, whether she’s guiding beginners, advanced practitioners, or those with specialized needs.
Ety began her Pilates journey in 2004 and has since built a reputation for her deep knowledge, commitment, and personalized approach. Her sessions combine technical precision with a supportive, motivating environment, helping clients of all backgrounds reach their potential.
In addition to her work in Pilates, Ety is a successful entrepreneur and wellness advocate. She created Life Juice, a 100% cold-pressed raw juice company, which retailed in major outlets like Target and Williams Sonoma nationwide. As a mother of two amazing sons, she brings a unique blend of warmth, and practical insight to her practice.

Alexandra Collins, known affectionately as “Red,” brings a wealth of expertise and passion to her role as a partner and lead instructor at The Pilates Club in Middletown. With a background as a certified holistic nutritionist and a former elementary school teacher, Alexandra understands the importance of nurturing both body and mind. Her teaching philosophy centers on creating a balanced and supportive environment where clients can achieve their fitness goals holistically.
In her classes, Alexandra combines her knowledge of body mechanics with her holistic approach to wellness, ensuring that every client receives personalized attention tailored to their unique needs. Her warm, approachable style empowers clients to feel their best—inside and out. Whether you’re a Pilates newcomer or a seasoned practitioner, Alexandra’s guidance will inspire you to find strength, balance, and confidence on your wellness journey.

Kait Dennehy is a dedicated Pilates and Yoga instructor with a combined 7 years of personal practice and teaching. Kait is passionate about helping clients of all levels find strength, flexibility, and balance in both the body and mind. With certifications in both Pilates and yoga, Kait brings a unique blend of techniques into her classes, drawing on the core-focused principles of Pilates and the mindful flow of yoga. Her sessions emphasize body alignment, mindful movement and the power of the breath. Kait believes in the transformative power of nurturing a deeper mind-body connection to create an experience that transcends beyond physical movement. When she’s not teaching, Kait enjoys continuing her education in fitness and wellness, both learning and practicing and is committed to helping clients reach their personal goals.

Alicia has spent the past 16 years in finance, 10 of which as a manager of financial reporting for a Fortune 50 company. She's a busy mother of two active children. Alicia has played and coached college level women's soccer and has been immersed in the fitness world all her life. From running, to weight training, cycling, and yoga. After suffering debilitating pain from a hip and spinal injury, Alicia discovered pilates. Pilates has allowed her to be active once again, to gain strength, mental clarity and flexibility. Alicia is a certified pilates mat, reformer and tower level 1 instructor and hopes to inspire those also suffering from chronic pain to find relief through pilates, especially busy working parents! When she's not working, teaching or working out, Alicia enjoys reading, meditating, traveling, cooking, and dance parties with her husband, Matt and her children Ayva and Joe Joe.

Alexis Gilligan is a dedicated Pilates instructor with a strong foundation in exercise science. Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science, she is passionate about promoting movement and wellness for clients of all levels. Alexis is certified in Mat Pilates, as well as Reformer and Tower Pilates through Beyond Fit Learning. In addition, she is a certified personal trainer, which enables her to provide a comprehensive, individualized approach to fitness.
With a focus on building strength, flexibility, and balance, Alexis strives to create a supportive and engaging environment for her clients, helping them to improve posture, enhance their mobility, and achieve their fitness goals. Her approach is rooted in functional movement, ensuring that each session is safe, effective, and tailored to the specific needs of her clients.

Jordan is a registered dental hygienist with six years of experience, and a passionate fitness enthusiast. Having been active her whole life, she was an avid soccer and basketball player in high school before discovering a love for weightlifting in her late teens. After 13 years of strength training, Jordan explored Pilates, earning certifications in mat, reformer, and tower Pilates through Beyond Fit Learning. Pilates became a transformative practice for her, helping her recover from reconstructive hip surgery. Beyond the physical benefits, Pilates also led to profound mental growth, inspiring Jordan to share the practice with others.
Outside of her professional life, Jordan enjoys hunting, fishing, skiing, and cherishing time with her nephews. Her goal is to help others achieve their personal growth and transformation, both physically and mentally, through Pilates.

Her passion lies in helping people feel good from the inside out through personalized fitness and nutrition coaching. Whether working one-on-one or in group fitness settings, she creates a welcoming and supportive community where everyone feels empowered. Her workouts are designed to be challenging yet achievable, and most importantly, fun! Together, we’ll focus on building strength, confidence, and overall well-being.

Lisa has spent 15 years as a senior mortgage processor and over 11 years pursuing her passion for fitness. With a diverse background in personal training, group classes, hip hop/cardio dance, barre, and mat pilates, she is committed to helping clients reach their fitness goals while boosting their confidence and having fun. Renowned for her sculpting glute and leg workouts, Lisa tailors each session to individual needs, focusing on both physical and mental transformation. Outside of her career and fitness work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Jake, and her son, Jaxon.

Paige's journey into fitness has been nothing short of inspiring. After five years of dedicated strength training, she found her true calling in Pilates. From the moment she took her first Pilates class, she knew it was the path she was meant to pursue. In the fall of 2024, she took the leap into a full-time career in fitness, integrating Pilates into her daily routine and quickly making it a central part of her life.
Her passion for fitness extends beyond Pilates; she's also a dedicated runner, having completed her first half marathon in the spring of 2024. This combination of strength, endurance, and mindfulness has completely transformed her body and mindset, marking a powerful physical and mental shift.
As a Pilates instructor, Paige is committed to creating a supportive and empowering environment for her clients. Her goal is to help individuals feel safe, confident, and strong while achieving their fitness goals and pushing their bodies in ways they never imagined. Through her own journey, Paige is deeply motivated to help others transform their lives both physically and mentally.

In February 2023, after over a decade in corporate America, Ali was determinedly called to practice and study Kundalini Yoga. She has since enjoyed over 940 hours of yoga teacher training in Kundalini, Rebirthing, Yoga Nidra, Hatha, & Vinyasa. Ali is also a certified Inner Alignment & Ayurvedic Wellness Coach. She teaches with a trauma informed style that is nerdy, joyful, and empowering.

Alexandria Hodges, nickname Lexie uses flow and flexibility to unite as one in her yoga practice. Starting her dance journey when she was just 20 years young, quickly found out how important it was to become flexible to continue her passion for dance and movement. She began an intense journey of vinyasa yoga, adopting many of the practices that she still lives by today, also leading her to become reiki certified in energy work.
She believes that flowing like water and being strong as water are very healing for the mind body and soul. Allowing music and movement to flow through the body adds a little sprinkle of self care and magic into your day. After all, movement is medicine.

Yoga Instructor
Julia Ferguson is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance. She completed her 200-hour Ashtanga Vinyasa and Vinyasa Flow Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) in Portugal at Bend it like Buddha where she also received an 8-hour Ayurvedic Massage Certificate. Some of the courses she took include pranayama, meditation, adjustments and alignment, anatomy, and teaching methods. She loves to incorporate essential oils, breathing techniques, and physical adjustments into her flows. Since then, she has received her Yoga Nidra, Yin Yoga, and Pre- and Postnatal Yoga Teaching Certifications. She has been teaching for 8 years and has experience teaching in-person, virtual, private, group classes, and even Goat Yoga. She is so excited to be a part of The Pilates Club Family!

Chanelle Parnizari is a Licensed Massage Therapist dedicated to helping busy women, post-surgical clients, and individuals seeking natural, holistic wellness solutions feel their best through specialized massage therapy. She specializes in Buccal (intraoral) Face Massage, Lymphatic Drainage (pre- and post-operative), and full-body therapeutic massage to promote healing, reduce tension, and restore balance.
Chanelle’s journey began in 2017 at Memorial Sloan Kettering in New York City, where she provided massage therapy to cancer patients during their recovery. This transformative experience deepened her commitment to working at a medicinal level and inspired her passion for holistic care.
With extensive studies in the lymphatic system, Chanelle focuses on relieving body pain, reducing swelling, and enhancing overall well-being. Her mission is to empower clients with natural, noninvasive solutions for health, healing, and rejuvenation, delivering expert care uniquely tailored to each individual’s journey.
