  • What type of classes do you offer? How long are classes?

    We offer Pilates, Yoga, Mat Pilates (including infared yoga & mat pilates), and specialized HITT/ Strength classes. Our classes cater to all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.


    All classes are 45 minutes long. 

  • I've never done Pilates or Yoga before, is that okay?

    Yes! In our Pilates and Yoga classes, we teach you personalized modifications tailored to your body and fitness level, so you can confidently apply them in your practice and future classes. 

  • How do I book a class?

    All classes can easily be booked in advanced through our website or mobile app. Classes do fill quickly, walk-ins are not always guaranteed.

  • What should I wear to class?

    Wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows for movement. For infrared classes, moisture-wicking fabrics are recommended.

  • Should I wear shoes in the studio?

    For sanitaion and longevity reasons, shoes are not to be worn throughtout the studio. Cubbies will be provied for storage of shoes, phone, and carkeys. 

  • Should I bring anything to class?

    Pilates Reformer/ Tower Clases:


    If coming to a Pilates Reformer/Tower class please be sure to have grippy socks on. Barefoot is NOT permitted in any class. If you do not have grippy socks, a pair can be purchsed right here in our studio! 


    Yoga & Mat Pilates:


    Please wear grippy socks for all classes. 


     The Studio Blend:


    Please wear sneakers to all HITT classes for protection when using different props & weights!


  • What happens if I am on the waitlist?

    Class Full? No Problem!


    Join our waitlist! Plans change, and spots often open up. If a spot becomes available, you’ll be notified via text and email, and you can easily accept the class.


    Can’t make it after all? No worries—just reply to let us know, so we can offer the spot to the next person. Thanks for helping everyone get a chance to join!

  • Im running late!

    We totally understand things happen, but for saftey reasons we can not allow anyone into classes more than 5 minutes late. For the best experience, please arrive 5 minutes early to check-in and get settled before your class starts. 

  • What if I need to cancel?

    If a cancellation is necessary, please use our mobile app, website, or email to cancel at least 12 hours prior to class to avoid a late cancel or no-show fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation! 

  • What if I late cancel or no show?

    Cancellations made within 12 hours of class or no-shows will result in the loss of class credit and a $10 fee.


    For customers with Unlimited or 8-Class/Month Packages, you are allowed ONE waived late cancel/no-show fee per month. This means:

     • Unlimited members will avoid the $10 fee, but no additional credit is deducted.

     • 8-Class/Month members will still lose the class credit, but the $10 fee will be waived.


    Our booking system automatically tracks your waived fee each month to make things simple for you!

  • What are infrared classes?

    Infrared classes use infrared heat panels to gently warm your body. The heat penetrates deeper than traditional heating systems, promoting increased flexibility, detoxification, and relaxation.

  • How hot do infrared classes get?

    Infrared classes typically maintain a temperature of 85°F to 105°F, depending on the class type.

  • Are infrared classes safe?

    Yes, infrared heat is generally safe for most people. However, if you have any medical conditions, are pregnant, or have sensitivity to heat, please consult your doctor before attending.


  • Are there any age restrictions?

    Participants must be at least 16 years old. Anyone under 18 needs a signed waiver from a parent or guardian.


  • What are your membership options?

    We offer drop-in rates, class packages, and unlimited monthly memberships. Visit our website or call us for detailed pricing.

  • Can I freeze my membership?

    Absolutely. Memberships can be frozen for up to three months, 2x per year. Cancellation requires minmum 14 days’ notice.


    Please email contact@thepilatesclubmiddletown.com BEFORE  your next billing cycle to freeze your membership. 


    Any requests to freeze a memebership after the billing date will be applied to the following month, no refunds or transfers.

  • How do I book a private lesson?

    Please use our website or mobile app to see available dates/ times to book private lessons.

  • Can I book an extra class?

    Yes! Drop in classes are $35/ class. 


    If you have a membership and use all of your classes for the month you can book another class at a discounted rate of $25/ class. 

  • I am pregnant, can I still take a class?

    We always reccomend checking in with your doctor prior to booking to ensure your saftey and to get the best experience out of your class, but all mama's are welcome!
